Typhoon Tino inundated several towns in the central Philippines with torrential rains on Tuesday (November 4). Video shared by the Philippine Red Cross showed people on top of their homes in Liloan town in Cebu Province, due to continuous heavy rains. With sustained winds of 150 kph (93mph) and gusts of up to 205 kph (127mph), Kalmaegi, locally named Tino, is forecast to move across the Visayas and emerge over the South China Sea by Wednesday (November 5).
