Gary Goltz of California has kept 1950s television show “Highway Patrol” going with his 1955 Buick, made to look just like the police car from the show.

Or, in the police radio lingo of the 1950s, “Dan Mathews” was arriving in town for a reunion luncheon with some of the gang from the old “Highway Patrol” TV series.

On “Highway Patrol,” you can check out all of those great old Buicks, Mercurys and Dodges. Of course the show is in black and white so you don't get the colors, and that’s too bad.
